Having a non-family member to help you with your daily personal tasks allows you to maintain your privacy and dignity while receiving the help you need to live at home comfortably and independently.

Will the same CAREGiver visit?
Yes. As with any of the other Home Instead care and support services we provide, once we have officially onboarded you into our family, the first step will be for us to get an understanding of your lifestyle, needs, and preferences, before we partner you with a professionally trained and compatible CAREGiver matched to your needs to help you with your daily living tasks.
The same CAREGiver(s) will see you at your home, so you can expect to see the same familiar face each time.

What if I’d like to change my CAREGiver?
Your happiness and satisfaction in the services we provide is our top priority, and with any services we provide, we’d want to ensure you feel comfortable and at ease with the bond and relationship you have with your CAREGiver.
If you would like to change your CAREGiver, please do not hesitate to let us know by calling us on 09 300 6053. We’ll be right there to support you through a smooth transition if you do decide to change your CAREGiver.
